I have a 1-1/4in fitting and I need to connect it to 1-1/2in pipe.

Is there something like this:

But instead of the thread it’s smooth and 1-1/4in pipe size that just glued into the socket?

I’m sure I’ve seen this before, but can’t figure out how to search for it. Does anyone know what to search or better yet, can link me?

I think what you want is a 1.5" x 1.25" slip bushing, no?

If you use a spigot fitting then your connect it to the pipe with a slip x slip union

Here's a 1.5" x 1.25" reducing coupling:

That would work, I was hoping to avoid needing a piece of 1-1/4” pipe to join the fitting I have into that fitting.

I think that’s what I’m looking for! The 1-1/4” end glues right into the socket right? It looks like it does.

Amazing! Thank you so much, I knew it existed, just wasn’t sure how to search it
