Looking into getting a matted filefish!

So I have been battling aptasia for a while now. When I had pepermint shrimp it worked well but that was before I had a melenarus wrasse. Now I want to try a fish. I heard the filefish is effective but can eat lps and SPS, zoos i could care less for...tbh I need it to eat some of my nuisance zoos lol. But I am really scared about my lps and SPs since I just started getting my tank to a place of great PE and growth. i would put him in an acclimation box first to make sure he was eating well and stuff. Are they disease resistant. Any tips. is it worth a try? 180gallon.

IME they’ve eaten majano and aiptasia first and then move on to other things they shouldn’t eat.

If your goal is to keep them long term you may have an issue haha

Well I would like to keep him around but I guess that might not be the brightest option. Will it bother sps corals at all? or is it mainly fleshy corals. what about gorgonians.
