Low Phos and Nitrate issue

Can’t get my phosphate and nitrate to increase even though I’m feeding heavily. I have a refug, filter socks, and a skimmer. Should I dose with Brightwell Neo Phos and Neo Nitro or shut down my skimmer to run ever other day?

Shorten fuge light period or lower the intensity. Take filter socks out
