Which picture do they look more like?
The first are usually harmless but can irritate or smother coral in large numbers. The second will eat your coral.

My nitrates are 80 and my phosphates are 0.5 and my euphyllia love it. A nitrate number alone doesn't tell you much, and LPS usually need higher nutrients.
Maybe I should be talking to you about my nitrate/phosphate levels. Maybe you're on to something...
