Apologies if this is a duplicate post - can't seem to find the prior one, which is about the most recent observation on all my Hammer and Frogspawn corals:

They are either swelling or not extending. I noticed yesterday it was releasing brown strand from it's mouth - I have looked for Brown Jelly Disease, but see not signs of it, or any other pests.

Here's a picture of the frogspawn. Is this a goner?

What are your tank parameters?
Flow?
Light?
Any recent changes to your tank?
Have you dipped it?
