Can anybody tell me what this is? I’m leaning towards favia/favities but I’m not sure. It was at my local fish store in the bargain bin unlabeled.

I would say that is a Favia/Favities. I have one that looks very similar and I was told it was a favities. Either way it is for sure part of that family.
