1st is most certainly a zoanthid. These can be place next to acan lords (the one you own) and will not kill one another.
The second is an Acan "Micromussa Lord." This is a specific type of acan. Lords can grow close to one another without harming one another. There is another type of acan called an "Echinata" this has a very powerful sting and cannot be near any other corals.
