LPS Lord bleaching

I hope someone one can help. I have this lps that was doing great for a month then suddenly and fairly rapidly shows signs of bleaching. I'm a novice at lps but have had success with softies. I thought it maybe getting attacked by the other lps there though I haven't seen it. Or too much light? I don't have the greatest lights though. I've moved it since the picture and began doing water changes to be safe. Water quality is good with calcium, alk, salinity and nitrates all well within safe ranges. No other corals show issues. Alk and/or temp swings can cause bleaching sometimes IME ...if I’m wrong I’ll take my beatings :)
You sure its not getting stung? Those hammers/frogspawns playing nice?

Not 100% the hammers being nice but I haven't seen it causing a problem. I have had a alk swing of .9dkh over 5days. It got low and I slowly buffered it with the redsea. I didn't think that would do it though.

Oh and temp swings are within degree. Maybe 2 at max.

Just in case nobody else hazards a guess, just about any number of stresses can cause bleaching. For me its been some type of change/instability.

Thanks for your advice. It was really helpful. I've moved it and will keep on the daily water changes to make sure it stays stable.

I would go with the Hammer stinging the War coral as it is the side facing it that is suffering....it probably knows how aggressive War Corals are and is trying to do something about it while it can
