I have been in the hobby about a year and previously had some LPS/SPS in a nano tank. Upgraded to a 35g w/ 10 gallon sump. My frogspawn and hammer seem to not be liking something the tank change. Parameters are nearly the same and we’re slowly acclimated. PH 8.2 ALK 8.5 CAL 400 MG 1350-1400 temp 78. I previously noticed the nitrate and phosphate were extremely low so have been slowly getting it up over a week or two. NIT 5ppm and PHOS .50. The tissue covering the skeleton has slowly risen and it just isn’t as big as it used to be. Did a ton of research but I’m curious as to what people will suggest on here. I have also dipped both in coralRX just a day ago. TIA!

Loss of tissue on flesh band like that could mean pests or too low or too strong flow. Need a visual of the flow so we have an idea what we are looking at. For the meantime, you could move it somewhere else that's the opposite of what flow it is having now and then observe for 48 hours on how it reacts. Same with light, they do not like too intense light (unlike torches).

Thanks for the quick response! I’ll attach a quick video. The flow is nearly the same as it was in the other tank.

Lighting is 150-175 at the surface, I don’t have a PAR meter. It has started to look much better after I moved it up about 6 inches. It has recently been splitting the past month which is why I think it has been smaller
