Thank you for purchasing our products! Honestly, we rarely hear reports of fish not eating our foods. Maybe try offering it a couple more times to see if you have any better luck. We have a ton of feeding videos on our website with some very difficult species chowing down on Reef Frenzy. Hopefully the 2nd time will be a charm!

Ahh maybe I should try like this as a frozen cube. I've been thawing it and letting it go into the tank that way and the tangs just swim past it. Maybe they'll nibble at it as a chunk held in the water like in the video.

I would definitely thaw it first and let it get to room temp, verses feeding frozen. It will smell a lot better when it is thawed and hopefully attract the fish. Best of luck to you.
