LTA Anemone sick?dying?HELP!!!

So I have a 30g aquarium that I bought yesterday. It was doing great. All my water levels are good and I did decrease my lighting a little cuz of algae. This morning my anemone was spitting out food and had dislodged it's self from the rock. It's kinda just floating around. What wrong worth it.

Way too soon to add anemone. Did you even read about them?

So I realized I wrote that wrong I've had my tank for 6 in a half months. And just bought the anemone
