Lump on Sailfin Tang Body

I am seeing a lump in the belly of sailfin tang. Any idea what is it and how to cure?
The fish is with me for more than a year and doing good.

This appears to be the end product of an injury from object and should subside. However keep an eye on it for improvement and not becoming inflamed/infected for which the treatment would be either Seachem kanaplex or Maracyn 2

Thanks. Just a quick question, are these in tank medicines or need to shift this to QT?

Quarantine. For in tank, ruby rally pro but takes a little longer why I recommended the others, and thats In Case you need them
