This tang based on fins looks to be a victim of aggression and Its hard to see the fish clearly in the jug but it appears moribund in which it may not swim normal moving forward but again hard to tell in the jug. What other fish do you have in the tank with it?
Eating however is a good sign. What foods are you offering it?
Is it breathing normal or labored?

Agree with others - I would treat the fish with a broad spectrum in a hospital tank. I can't see much detail, but given the way he looks, I would do that. Additionally, did you QT the fish, treat with prazipro and or copper? Stringy white poop is often dietary related as compared to 'internal parasites'. Can you try to answer some/all of the questions in the link in my signature to help us help you decide what the problem is and how to treat it?

PS- a video would be great - under white light
