Luna reef, anyone able to help?

Does anyone know if there is a contact on this site who represents Luna Reef?

Was having some communication via email with their CEO and they gave me a quote for a custom ATO. I told them sounded good and wanted to start an order. All of a sudden they are not responding to any email and calls for a few weeks now?

Possibly someone who works for them or represents them can see if they are just super swamped or some other potential issue?

Not sure if they are active on this site, but I ordered one of their frag tanks from their website about a week ago and it was delivered a few days later so they are at least active processing orders.

I’ve emailed a few times and have had quick responses. Maybe try starting a new email

I did. Even sent an email on their website again separate from the other email.

Sounds like they might just be swamped since they are still delivering so thank you for letting me know.

Never had an experience like this before work any vendor??
