Reapers are amazing! I have a sauce that's 80% puréed Carolina Reaper. It's intense!
Have you tried any of the Blair's range of hot sauces? They'll mess you up!

I have not, I made one the use apple cider vinegar, apple butter and a kiwi.....its was so freaking good. The reapers are great becuase they have such a good flavor, I mean you get kicked in the face after it but its almost worth that lol

You should try their Ultra Death sauce. It will melt your tongue off. Great flavour too! It's rated at about 1,000,000 SHU I believe.
Sounds amazing! I love fruity flavoured chilli sauce. I recently bought a raspberry scorpion chilli sauce which is really nice.
Yea reapers have one of the best flavours I reckon. But that heat will peel paint off the wall. It's so intense!

Since I just had my lunch and saw this thread...I wanted to share I ate a few minutes ago. I had grilled porkchops and mashed potato on the side plus rootbeer float. Dessert is 2 slices of melon.
