Lyretail Scratch??

Bare with me here as I'm more than likely overreacting....see the little one spot on its head? I think it's just a scratch from chasing the other 8 lyretail around through all the rocks as this one is turning male. I tried getting a good picture of the longer "spine" (not positive on what its called) but it's starting to get thick and darker.

Sorry to ramble, like I said I'm just looking for someone more experienced than myself to second what I see.

you are probably right it could be an injury its definitely not ich or velvet they usually heal up pretty quick
