I'm hoping someone can help, i have an Ecotech M2 return pump that seems like its pulsing water (barely moving any water), not continuous though i have it set to continuous flow as its a return pump. I did clean the pump that seems like it helped (for now), though every other time i just unplugged and plugged it back in and it would fix it temporarily until the next morning when it seemed like it is pulsing. The driver is over 3 years old (march 2020) but the pump was swapped out last year under warranty issue.

Sounds like it's running into issues where the impeller isn't rotating freely and the pumps driver senses the excessive drag and tries to restart. And it's doing it over and over again.

When you had it apart, did the impeller spin freely in the ceramic bearing?
