Yes, that is a male M. bipartitus.

Do they get big? This on is close to 4.5".

They'll top out at around 5".

The female still looks to be female from what I can see. Do they interact much? How long have they been in QT?

Looks a bit like my transitioning male did but I'm not as advanced as @evolved or @eatbreakfast

The female in the corner of the tank in pic 1 is a female. The fish in the middle of the tank in pic 1 and pic 2 is a male.

They do, they are always together. I just got them yesterday. The male is not eating. The female was picking at the store. I have never personally a male and or a female as big as these. They were cheap so I took a shot, figuring I would be QT'ing them anyway.

Awesome! Leopards can take a little to get used to aquarium foods. If you haven't already, try feeding with a bit of flow-that's what got my little female meleagris going crazy for cyclops today (got her yesterday as well) Also, they might like a little container of sand in there to bed down for the night.

My meleagris is TINY, but I had a black leopard female that was around 3.5". I ended up selling her and taking the tank down before she turned male, but she was hardy one. Ate mysis right out of the bag...

I had a potters that ate right away. He just died last week. Ive been meaning to put sand in a container. I have leopards in my other QT with sand in a container.
