Tony, thanks for the kind words..

I love that you mention being able to distinguish problems and such by hearing! Totally forgot about that one..A true skill for sure..I know that every reefer's worst nightmare is coming home to a completely silent system...That usually spells trouble!

O yes, the sound of the ATO pump bubbling and water running onto the living room floor. I had that experience a month or so ago when my line on the aqualifter pump came off but the ATO switch kept calling for water! Of course, that is much preferred to the sound of any saltwater running onto the living room floor!!!

How about the ability to just say "No?" I've found my reefs have done much better leaving them alone to adjust, rather than change the type of light every other day, because so etching newer came out. Or the coral just wasn't in good shape, or a buddy's AEFW infested SPS just isn't quite ready to be added to your tank.

Ohh...really good one... And one that I think is really, really hard for most reefers to develop!

Agreed. Sometimes you just really should not get what you're drooling over. XD

Ability to operate on an irregular sleep cycle, IE hurricane Sandy fueling a generator every 3-4 hours for 5 days straight!
