How does the Ato switch mounts ?

They have 4 suction cups on a bracket for each float switch. I added a little silicone to each suction cup before sticking them on the glass. They never moved or fell off the whole time I ran the ATO.

Does it use a pressure switch like the avast one? I wonder if I can glue a magnet and used that instead if the suction cup

I have never used the avast ATO. The switch on this one is a float. There are two of them. You can rig up something with a magnet if you'd like to.
