what is it just before lights out?.

you could also bump up alk to 10dkh with baking soda to see if that helps.

It stays the same all the time. I have a testing schedule and it has been at 7.8 and I have been testing weekly for about a month. I think I have done some of the tests at night, but I can check it tonight to see if it has changed.

That brought the ph up to 8.0. Should I add more alkalinity and see if it goes up more then that?
