I keep my water change buckets full of new water under a stand where I keep my frog. Took out calcium for my frog and about a little dot of it fell into one of the 5 gallon buckets.

I doubt it will destroy my whole tank but I'm an over thinker so, will a pinch or less of reptile calcium possibly destroy my tank if I continue to use the mixed water for my water change?

Test the calcium level in the new water.

It's probably fine, and not too concerning. If I remember my reptile days(been probably 30 years), calcium for reptiles is ground up oyster shells? Which IMO is not disastrous to your tank.

There is worse on your hands and arms any given day than a little reptile calcium powder.. deodorant with aluminum, tooth pastes, could be anything on your meat and booger hooks.
