Once a week I feed my corals frozen Mysis. Today (for the first time), I noticed my Mandarin happily eating it as well. He is the only fish in my nano reef and he gets live reef stew every Friday (as do the corals obviously), so it's great to see him also eat the frozen mysis, Anyone that know Mandarins knows it isn't common for them to eat anything other than live. :-) :-) :-)

Eats frozen bloodworms, mysis, brine, sliced and diced small chunks of fresh clam, shrimp, or scallops from the grocery store. He can hunt food down from 5 inches away with a light flow drifting by since day one of getting him. He maybe hits the rock work once a day for a taste, busy playing around doing weird things.
