Mandarin goby not moving same spot

Just got him few day ago he been fine today I notice he stay same spot his fin not moving. But when I pick him up on my hand he start moving but then if I let go he stay same spot I'm a bit worry

Next time post in the fish disease section. Fish medic are going to want more info. If it is a new fish, when was it added, is it eating and how often and what ?

The tank looks very new, a mandarin sitting and not moving is a sign that there are no more pods for it to hunt. Was it hunting when you first got it? Can you get a close up shot, so we can see if it is thin or not?
