Mantis Tornado 180 Skimmer Loud Humming

Hey guys, my skimmer randomly started making a really loud sound. I have cleaned it twice and it won’t go away. I have a video attached of the sound and the difference it makes when the skimmer turns off. Thanks Heaps!
