I was wondering what people recommend for marco algae in there display tank and where to purchase.

Algae barn is good store. Any gracilaria species would be pretty. Codium is also nice (i think that's the name, its sometimes called monkey fingers).

Gulf Coast ecosystem have wonderful macro algae. Be sure to do your research on nutrient, calcium, flow and lighting needs. Some macro algae is very easy to grow but others can be challenging. They can certainly make for a beautiful display however.
