I picked up a few maricultered acros from Divers Den, the colors on website looked great but when I got them they were pretty washed out. I just wondered if anyone has success with these coloring up, I have a mature SPS systems with awesome colors so they do stand a good chance. They seem healthy with very good PE, just very pale colors.Any thoughts?

I would think most of it may have to do with difference in lighting from there to your system. Water parameters may be different along with other factors such as flow. Its hard to tell..

Yes indeed they do color up. Normally even more than what their photo looks like. Here's a couple of mine from.dd

I think 80% (maybe higher) of the frags I buy that get shipped are faded when I get them, they've always colored up but they lack color when I get them. Whether its from another reefer a sponsor whom ever, the color has nearly always been very dull-they always turn into gems so I never worry.

I'm curious how the frags look in comparison that I'll be sending you-LMK

Bump!

Brad,
I bet the ones from you will be more colorful, generally when I
buy aquaculture frags they are more colorful than the maricultered ones.
