Top of the morning Reefers! just wanted to take a few minutes to share a positive experience with a recent purchase / replacement. I am a dinosaur still using power compacts until i can get my new build thread underway ... one of these days :) .... In the meantime i ordered up a couple replacement bulbs from Marine and Reef.com. The boxes arrived extremely well packed as usual - UPS could have played football with the box and not broken the glass. When i opened them up one of them came in with a manufacturing defect and was broken. So i took a couple pictures and sent them off to their contact email. All of this was over the holidays too. I received a quick reply saying thanks for the pictures and a replacement would be sent out. I was not concerned about shipping time and mentioned that but they still wrapped it up and sent it much faster service than expected. Super easy and very appreciative of the turnaround. Cheers to John and the folks at Marine and Reef!!

They have been great for me too. I have ordered some items from their other internet site aquariumpart.com. Always got what I needed fast and easy.

Whoops, looks like they are taking down aquariumpart.com and just going to the one site..

This is my warning. This company is dishonest and deceitful. I will take every opportunity I get to pass this on to buyers. Beware! Return a purchase that they advertised incorrectly. Not only did I have to pay return shipping , but when they agreed to partial refund for shipping which I have the email stating so, for portion of return shipping they turned around and filed a dispute with pp and took that monies back. I certainly will never do business with them again and I warn customers to be cautious when dealing with them.
