Hello, my 3 year old maroon clownfish i noticed last week was flashing his left eye on a rock. Now i see the whole eye has become cloudy. Dont know why he was banging against the rock in the first place.
its just him and a mandarin dragonette, and 2 snails in the tank, along with his anemone and corals.
1.025sg, nothing else has changed in the tank for the last year. About to do a 15% w.c.
Will it heal on its own? How dangerous is it to him, what else can i do?

A pic or two under white light would best help determine what you have
Could be brooklynella or bacteria in which there is a relation. A freshwater dip may offer temporary relief for the fish at same temperature as display tank with a pinch of baking soda for ph for 4-5 minutes

Unlikely to be Brooklynella after this amount of time in captivity, unless you recently added animals to the tank.
Pictures would help. If it is bacterial, from an injury, then moving to a treatment tank and dosing with erythromycin would be one option. If it is a minor issue, it may resolve on its own.
