That's awesome! Are you doing anything special to provoke it (moonlight, changing photoperiod, etc.)?I forgot to post that I had a decent Acropora spawning event this month. On May 16th my colony of Pink Floyd spawned along with several other species. No successful fertilizations though, I need to stock more corals of the same species.
Those are probably the nicest spawning photos I've seen beautiful work capturing it!Another Acropora spawning event last night. 1 month after the last spawning. I doubt anything will fertilize since the four colonies that spawned don't appear to be the same species. Still, it's a successful step forward. The baby Euhpyllia that spawned last year are doing well too.
In a perfect world, a neon orange would be pretty sweet. That or just a complete rainbow of colors in a single gigIf you could only pick one colored gig, which would you go for?
Lol I figured that’s what you were asking and I tried to avoid it. That’s like asking who your favorite child is!Oh I meant from the colors you have or have had, if you could only pick one, which is your favorite
My red and blue are right next to each other. No problems. They’ve never eaten a fish that wasn’t already dying and floated into one.Good to know, really want to add a carpet Nem into my next tank and I’m leaning towards the Gig’s, I heard they’re less prone to “fish eating”?
Do you think I could put a red and a blue right next to each other? Do they move around on your or fight each other?
