Mass KFC treatment on large trachyphyllia group?

I have a large group of trachyphyllia, ive lost a few individuals over the last few days to what i believe is brown jelly. ive found great success in past using the kfc dip to halt the spread of bacterial infections like brown jelly. Unfortunately its spreading faster than i can treat this time, would it be a good idea to just prophylactically treat every individual, even the ones without symptoms to stop the spread?
