So I had to change my WiFi credentials and now they are permanently offline. I have tried Nearly everything and it will not reconnect it just stays in AP mode where I can conect to them and enter the Wi-Fi info but then nothing happens I have done it about 30 times now. Before I delete my account and start over is there anything more I should try is there a way to factory reset it. There’s so limited info. If anyone has any ideas I would be all ears. Steps taken
1. Try to change info when offline from app
2. Restarted units 2-3 times unplugged for 5 min or so each
3. Performed setup directly from manual
4. Opened all ports on router and tried multiple Ssid’s 2.4 only
5. Searched the web for any info.
Currently stuck on connecting to them via WiFi I connect then relaunch app. Asks to enter info I do and it says saved then nothing happens it briefly resets and gose back to ap mode. I’m about to delete my account and if that dosent work I’m going to buy a new router for all my fish things. If anyone has any more things to try I’m all ears.
