Well, the opportunity has come again to upgrade with a deal i really couldnt pass up on. It's a 150g Cube from marineland. It's has starphire on all sides even the back. The equipment that came with it is
2 ecoray 112d led lights
dual aqua medic dosing pump
apex unit with 8 and 4 energy bar
sca 302 skimmer
i'm sure there's some more that i'm forgetting but i'll inform when i see it. right now the room is a huge mess. lol i'll list the fish as soon as they go into the tank and see what survives the move. thanks and heres some pics as of right now.

I finally got everything hooked up to make it run and went to fill it all the way up and saw that i freaking flip flop the drain and the return line under the stand. :mad2::embarassed: i guess do it off of 4 hours of sleep to get up at 4 to go to work and then getting off at 3 and finally getting to the tank after the kids go to bed around 9 was a horrible idea. :mad2: so needless to say i just took the piping behind the overflow going into the bulkhead and flipped them. put the canopy on. Sweet it worked(not) the next day FPL came and had to shut the power off at the power lines. the sump didnt overflow and the pump i guess was to quick for the drain or i forgot to add my topoff water so i put a couple of gallons in and the tank started to overfllow and then the sump overflow. what the heck was i thinking. :mad2: had about 3 gallon of water everywhere. found out water was splashing up into my led fixture which now the blue leds dont come on for the one side. but cleaned it all up and left POed at the tank. finally yesterday i fixed the plumbing got it back to where it should be and finally added the sand from cultured reef down in fort pierce. he has a great lil shop in his front yard. picked up a couple nice frags for $10 and got 80lbs of dry sand for only $45. so far everything but an acro are doing fine. i think i placed it to close to my pavona and they went to war. thanks for looking and pics are to come this week.

love the dimensions, i dont like the actual "cubes" as much. i think they look better when they are not actually as tall as they are wide. yours being a perfect example!! did you get your leds to start working after the water splashing misfortune?

thanks zack. i actually love the dimension. i'm trying to aquascape the rocks so it'll look like its getting deeper as you go back. not sure if its looking like that. but for the leds not yet. i placed a fan on top of them where they got wet to hopefully dry it out some but so far no luck. lucky i know a few ppl who are genius when it comes to leds so i'm hoping they can look at it and see what is wrong. or it'll be fine til i have money for an upgrade.

Looking great. I am actually in the process of setting up a custom 36x36x26 as a corner tank. Unfortunately I haven't had time to do much with it. I I can figure out how to I'm gonna subscribe to this thread to follow along. You might try putting the light in some rice to dry it out.
