Maxspect: Cannot get ICV6 to sync

I have four Maxspect Ethereals which I habe had for a few years. I have had them hooked up to the app "Syna G" for that time. But now I can't get anything to work. I have the app on two phones. One still has the Ethereals listed but when I hit control ot times out. I try to sync my main phone and it just times out it won't even sync. I am using 2.4 ghz on wifi. I never had trouble before. I can try to reset the icv6 but if unplugging it does that them I already have tried it. Any tips whem trying to sync the icv6?

The 2.4g. Are you using on your phone also?. I have dual wifi (2.4 & 5) and I had to manually set my phone to use the 2.4 is it kept defaulting to 5g on wifi. Try that

Worst case, use the ICV6 built in wifi and connect to that....but it will be standalone

So yes I was using 2.4. I have two iphones and although the lights showed in the control menu on one phone I could not get them to work. On the other it would not load the icv6. So it still won't on the phones. So I tried my ipad and that did the trick. I got the icv6 loaded. I'm not sure why the phones stopped working. One is not active but I was using wifi. But the ipad worked so I got the lights adjusted.
