As you might know, ICV6 controllers have been out of stock (discontinued?) here stateside. I have located a source in the UK. They are sending me a quote to ship to US.

There will be NO power supply....Its DC powered and you can pick-up a generic supply on amazon.

I use mine only for the Razor light...alot more easier with the ICV6 especially the downloadable pre-sets....
