That was with the settings I posted up there. You can just scan the QR-code to set it.
I use a slightly different setting right now acclimating an Ice Fire Echinata. And it also has a slightly better color hue.

When I get home tomorrow morning I will upload my current settings.

That QR code is for the ICV 6 unit? I don't have it yet so I can't see your settings. I will have to use manual controls on the unit until I can get the ICV 6 Syna controller.

I have the Maxspect Recurve 120 cm/320 W installed on a 140 cm tank. The Waterbox 170 Gallon. This is a very new setup, so most corals are still just frags.
PAR readings done with lights on the SPS-setting and using a Seneye.
PAR Readings.jpg

These PAR values that you measured with the Seneye are the preset SPS setting that is default on the Recurve (Preset #1?) with no further adjustments?

In your post you said that the "PAR readings are done with lights on the SPS-setting.."
By this do you mean the preset SPS setting (Preset #1) that comes with the Recurve out of the box?

Hey. Share the lighting settings for maxspect k5-300 I have a 150 gallon aquarium, but the standard settings (number 1) do not work, SPS is losing color

The tests are normal.
I think it's all done in the wrong light
Sorry for the English, not my native language.

I just ordered one of these on clearance from BRS to replace a heavily used R420R Razor on a 36" long tank. Hopefully this is a worthwild upgrade?

Demand after a while: How are your experiences and attitudes and is the Maxspect recurve going well for you?

Have you changed anything in the settings?

Greetings, Jens

The tank with my recurve on it is doing terrible. I have lost most of my LPS. Probably not due to the light but I kind of wish I never upgraded.
how about others? Are your corals healthy? If so, what settings are you using?

Some of my LPS did not survive either. and they don't really wake up either. maybe I have wrong attitudes. If other people have had experiences here, it would be great if you could have these attitudes.

Anyone else have settings that they would be willing to share (or happen to have come across any PAR readings)?

I have had the Recurve 90 on my 40 Gal breeder (SPS) for about two weeks now. So far, I like the light. The fixture is almost as wide as the tank, so I have the side "arms" bent down a bit to minimize light spill out.

I previously had the Maxspect Razor r420r 16k 160 watt w/ wide angle lenses. It had "hot spots", even w/ the white channel only maxing out at 50%. It didn't bleach my SPS, they would grow fine, but it tended to lighten and wash-out their colors if they were toward the top of the tank.

I've probably been overly conservative with the settings since I still don't have a good feel for how the light's intensity across the six channels equates to the amount of light the tank was used to getting.

Here are my current peak settings. I just got a bunch of new frags, and everything in the tank seems happy so far, but I can't escape the feeling that there's a better channel setting mix + opportunity to bump up the %s by at least another 10-15%.

Can I ask how did u connect the recurve to the icv6 controller. It doesn't find my lights.
