Mccosker flasher wrasse decent at getting pests?

Would be too aggressive in a tank with a mandarin and my close-knit clown pair. I’m aiming for my clowns to be the most aggressive fish in my tank.

I only have a 65 so I’m trying to keep stocking light, thinking the limit will be about six fish.
My melanurus and mandarin live together fine in my 65 without me needing to add pods constantly.

A yellow coris is an option as well. I got one to replace my melanurus that got aggressive.

I know a mccosker is not going to be as effective as a six-line or pink face, I’m ok with that.

Are they at least somewhat decent at handling pests however?

Flashers and fairies don't really do any pest removal. Halichoeres Wrasses are what you want if you want pest removal without the terrible community attitude.
