Is this a Medusa worm? He moves around to different areas and stretches out very far at times. He has a few small little tentacle that surround his mouth or head or whatever it is.

Sticky! It sticks to everything!Yes a medusa worm is part of the sea cucumber family. The difference between the two is that sea cucumbers have tube like feet that help them move around surfaces and Medusa worms don't. Instead they are covered in very sticky cells that help it hold on to surfaces. (And stick to our fingers)
