Invasion of the Joro Spiders. They are all over Georgia and beyond. There's a whole thing going on in the Great Smoky Mountains about them.

I have a small fruit grove in the back of my property and was mowing it today. I got a face full of web from the spider webs going between trees. Had spiders hanging off my hat and all over me. I don't have a problem with spiders, but that WAS NOT pleasant at all.

Here's a vid of those suckers. These trees are planted about 15' apart. The bigger ones are towards the end of the video. You may need to go full screen to see them well. Figured I'd share in my fun.

There are TONS of spiders here in Georgia. Being from south Florida, I was surprised that there are much more here.

Pretty much what I did without the screaming. Good thing I never bypassed the seat auto shutoff. That big butt mower would have been knocking down trees and fences.

The flex tune is my return pipe to the ReefMat. This WB return empties into that back chamber near the center. I needed to plumb it all the way to the left side where the ReefMat is. I “temporarily” used the flex to rigid pipe to get it going being that’s what I had at the time. It’s been “temporarily” there for almost a year now with no end in site.

I didn’t think you gave the coffee a verdict. I’m now seeing that the umm was it.

I've never liked or used those flex tubes. I could always picture them storing poop and food and whatever else in the ridges of them.

I'm likely ADHD or something because coffee doesn't wake me up. In fact, I can go all day without coffee and not feel like I'm dragging. In the flip side, I can drink a cup of coffee and take a nap or go to bed with no issues. However, coffee does keep the headaches at bay which is a nice feature, especially considering I frequently suffer from headaches and one less headache is a good thing.

I drink a lot of coffee.

One of the mottos I live by is, "It's better to give headaches than receive them."

That's all I have to say about that.

Quick Franky update. She may be a bust when it comes to aiptasia eating. She's usually front and center waiting for me to throw some food in there. The fish acts like it's been in that tank for years. Not a worry in the world.

The flex tube is smooth on the inside. Outside ribs are to prevent kinks in tight curves.

Agreed. The fish is doing great. Hopefully it will start on the aiptasia once it gets bigger.

Lastly, can you ship me a few of your iguanas? They may be helpful in reducing the Joro population while creating a different ecological disaster. Should be a fun experiment.

When it gets below 40*F, they are literally falling out the trees...

only one at a time,and only a couple times ,try that...

I've never had the filefish but I believe this tip. I've done similar when the Berghia stopped feeding for some reason. The fresh cut Aiptasia makes them nuts and they go back to work.
