10 month update...

Got rid of a few things and added a few things.

Had a spike in po4 with both tanks so we reduced feeding a bit and started running phos guard and its back under control. Some of the zoas and polyps were unhappy but everything else didn't mind too much. During the lowering of po4 a nem started moving and got choped by a power head so its healing in an acclimation box

Added a couple pieces from people here so a big thanks to R2R!

Oh no

I will definitely get one back your way when she starts...if ever, she's shy but I can't imagine her getting much bigger without leaving 1 pretty soon hahah

What's the green one next to the red/orange on here?

Very nice man. Have you tired putting a little flow in the OG? I recently moved a gonzo into a little flow and it split immediately. Tempted to do it with my OG! Kid at my lfs says he feeds his shrooms pellets and when he started they all started splitting. I'm going to be experimenting with certain things in the future for sure.

Thank you!

The green one was sold to me as an electus...not a jawbreaker but it does have the same patterns as them so I grabbed it!!!

Great advice and I was thinking the same...the OG does get pretty good flow where he is at but its definitely worth a try moving him!

I give him a mix squirt of reef roids/benepets/oyster feast 3 times a week as well as feed coral AB+ 3 times a week. I had to cut the reef roids and oyster down as im thinking it was a part of my po4 spike...But the corals love that stuff hahahah

Right on man that green one is beautiful!

It's funny I've only been able to get my OG to eat reef roids myself personally. Mine also get a little flow but I'm thinking about making it a little uncomfortable it has started to walk off it plug a little recently.
Shout out to @NeSsyAqua for the epic og!

I think the kid at the lfs said he was using tdo pellets or something like that but I'm going to give it a shot if I can find them!

Np bro! I don't feed my og regularly only when I remember lol but I do broadcast feed my whole tank everyday so it does get food here and there. But when I do feed, I feed reef chili.

I stopped feeding these to my fish a while ago but I think ill drop a couple into the OG's mouth when I feed tomorrow.

Here's a pic of him eating. I mix all the food together with tank water and use a syringe and put about .2 ml in his mouth....really I just squire until it starts flowing out over his skirt.

I haven't seen any negative yet...i have heard of some soft and meaty corals choking on larger pieces of shrimp so I've always been hesitant to put any chunks near him lol

I love this thread man:) I have to order some of those pellets and give it a shot. My og is wierd I'm not even sure where its mouth is. When it closes up half its body and bubbles are out. It hasn't taken any shrimp. I'm going to have to look into the reef chili as well.
Good stuff man.

We have 2 sets of paired manderins. 1 set in our 32 biocube and we Finally moved the paired spotted manderins over to the 75g.

Been seeding it since the start and the 2 have been in a 20 long for around 6 months.

She put him in his place the moment we got them. They both had to learn to eat frozen but we also add 64oz of pods each week to each of our tanks.

Yup we were adding 64oz of pods to the 20 long, 32 and 75 every week, even through covid our LFS stayed open and stocked. They get amd got them in weekly and we make the drive to feed the dragons.

We are officially dragon slaves haha

(Don't mind the torch he just pooped) its also in the process of splitting which is fun to witness and catch a small glimpse in the pic. He has 2 mouths and now is working on his skeleton.
