GROW1 DIY Reflector Cord 16 Gauge 15 Foot, 2 Pack

I have collected some old magnetic ballasts and there are at least three different styles of plugs. This style is most recent and seems to be most common.
I think there’s a good chance that is. Thank you.

That style of plug is called Baasr. The ballast probably has the female side and the cord from your reflector or fixture would have a male connector. The new cord can be directly wired to your reflector to avoid splices but I have spliced them as well using crimp and shrink style connectors. It’s a cleaner look than wire nuts, although I have used them as well.
