I have been dosing Kh and Ca, but not Mg.

I do about 5% water changes (Red Sea Salt) every week or so.

My Mg stays the same for the last three months at 1360.

My Kh is 8.3 and Ca is 400. My tank is mostly SPS (acros).

Why is Mg stable without dosing?

How much KH and CA are you dosing? If your demand is low that 5% weekly water change will maintain your levels of MG just fine.

Mg will be used no more than about 1/10th as much as Ca. It's likely being consumed at a rate that isn't detected by your kit. And, as stated, you are doing small water changes.
