Miami hurricane growth pics and ?

Now, the question that I have is about the growth pattern of the eyes. Does anyone know what can be influencing the formation of the eyes on the one side? One side is clearly forming more eyes than the other.

They just grow where they want to grow. At least that's how I see it anyway. Great growth. Those chalices grow really fast. I had a really nice one a while back....

LOL. I was looking for another thread I started and I found this thread. I still can't believe how quick it is growing. It has encrusted that rock and is growing down the side of the rock. I do not spot feed it either.
