The directions on the bottle of Microbacter Clean say: For normal aquarium cleaning, add 20ml (4 capfuls) of MicroBacter Clean per 25 US gallons (94.6 L) weekly.

Is it better to spread out the dose for a week (example: 150g volume tank, dose 4 capfuls daily for 6 days) or dose the entire amount once a week?

In your example of 150 gallons. That would be 6 capfuls. I would dose the 6 all at once and then not again for another week.

So you are saying dose all 24 capfuls once a week?

You are right. I misread. Yes I would dose the 24 capfuls once per week.
