microbacter clean vs 7- cyano

Anyone have an opinion on this combined with snow? Have a bad cyano problem. PO4- 0.21
Nitrate- 12.1

Used clean in the past and it works but 7 doesn’t seem to be doing it.

Anyone have a bacterial source better than either?

The last research that I saw that I believe came from Salem Clemens was that neither contained reef related bacteria.
