Recently my Midas blenny has been swimming in just one corner of the tank and has not gone unto the hole he usually sleeps in instead he sleeps on the sand near the corner he swims in all day

he acts normal when I walk up to the glass and eats very well

what could he be doing? Did he outgrow his home?

How long have you had the blenny?

It could be that it outgrew the hole, or maybe there are bristle worms in the hole and it isn't comfortable going there?

There is also an issue with this species, where they get thin, despite eating well:

hanging in the corner is possibly (not saying it is, but possibly) the result of bullying, I would keep an eye on that neon wrasse.

Is the midas new in the tank?
