Mighty Jet DC Pump Not Working

I got a mighty jet pump with my IM 40-gallon tank in November and today the pump stopped working. I've unplugged it, taken it apart, and rinsed it and it still won't turn on. It's not giving me an error message there's just a green light blinking on the plug-in part
