Dear Mike, you inspired me some time ago. I would love to see a video about the sump, filtration, lighting etcetera. Kind regards from the Netherlands, Tim.

Is there anything you regret adding? And on the other hand is there something you were stoked adding? Your tank is my inspiration. I'm setting up a 150 tall 14x24x30.Softie tank.

I thought you decided to keep sand? I thought I read that somewhere. Anyway - if you're BB, how does it work with your softies? I've never gone BB, but I'm thinking of it with my new build I'm planning. It will be all softies and some LPS - no SPS planned, no sump, no skimmer, etc.

Oh no doubt you probably read it somewhere probably written by some self-proclaimed expert lol.
I've never had a detritus trap and have been sand free for 6 years.
