Mike's 150 Tall

cold weather plant seeds next month if I can get the other raised bed finished.
radishes, onions, carrots, beets, bok choy and lettuce.
plants that are in the vid are all after the last frost. memorial day weekend.
I use to have a big garden. Canned a year’s worth of green beans, tomatoes, tomato soup, and all the other stuff to make and can salsa, and V-8 juice. I decided I’m now too old to work that hard :)

I enjoy the gardening and cooking part.
this will be the first year we do A LOT of canning. Usually vac seal and freeze.
Tomato sauces we would freeze in Tupperware and pop them out after they froze and vac seal.
Every thing I’m growing is heirloom.
And a big variety as the store shelves leave much to be desired.
