I think you have inspired me to give this a shot! I have a tall 65 and love the way you used the vertical space and made all the “uglies” disappear!This one didn't fit in the tank.
The blue tape was supposed to represent the inside dimensions of the tank. I mismeasured. :mad:

AND NOW THIS.....
so I've never had any crazy algae problems. a little here and there never bothered me.
I went 6 months with out doing a water change. after an ICP showed high aluminum (MarinePure Bio Block leaching)
I replaced all the MPBB's with SeaChem Matrix and started doing weekly 30g water changes.
Since that change I've had explosive zoa, paly and monti growth along with a lot of green algae growing on the scape.
It's growing in areas of lesser light and areas of high current. thoughts?
